200 Montague is a 121-unit, highly amenitized residential building with bright, open interiors, with an apartment mix ranging from studios to 2-bedroom apartments. The building is located in the historic Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, benefiting from a dynamic and transportation-rich area. Construction began in 2019 and the building was completed in 2022.
