Twin Pines Management, the affordable division of Pinnacle City Living, specializes in overseeing regulated housing in New York City. TPM was formed to address a perceived gap in the market place—an institutional quality manager that is able to effectively navigate the City/State’s complex regulations while also providing exceptional customer service, exactly as managers do in luxury communities.
We directly oversee affordable housing compliance and complete new leasing and recertification as required by the specific regulatory structure at each property. Some of our specialties include: Mitchell Lama, Section 8, Section 236, RAD, Section 18, Rent Stabilization, 421A/J51. The Compliance team stays up-to-date on the latest changes in laws, policies and procedures and maintains numerous designations and certifications to make sure specific standards are met in the areas of reporting; establishing income and set-aside requirements; monitoring; audits; record keeping; or working with HUD and other governmental agencies.
Managing multifamily properties across the nation for 40 years, Pinnacle has developed countless systems and internal controls that enable us to control quality, reduce errors, and enhance value.
