I have been living here for five years. The building is beautiful and spotless (I never saw a roach! Virtually unheard of in Manhattan). Staff are super extraordinary doormen, and maintenance and superintendent are all so kind and responsible. Any needed repairs (rare) are attended to promptly. The roof is spectacular, the fitness room is very adequate. My apartment became somewhat noisy being on a lower floor facing the front of the building where I am facing construction. But I have not had any inter-apartment noise to speak of. Wonderful place to live.
The staff is great, kind, attentive and always courteous when quickly resolving any issues relating to the apartment. The amenities in the building are beautiful and very accommodating. This building is right around the corner from the post office and within walking distance to parks, restaurants, stores, and medical offices. I see that some have an issue with the hot water, but I found that running the water for a few minutes will solve the problem and the water is as hot then as one chooses. I have been here for six years!
This building in my opinion is probably hands down the best building in the city and the reason for that is the operational management and staff. They do a fantastic job of making the building work like a well-oiled machine. The super is always responsive no matter the time of day, I've absolutely loved my time here so far. Let's not forget the intimate speakeasy and magnificent sky deck, the building is packed with golden amenities. The amenities coupled with the amazing service-oriented staff makes living here a dream.
I love this building - it’s really well maintained, the staff is incredible - friendly, helpful, and super responsive - and the rooftop can’t be beat. Plus, it’s so conveniently located, right in btwn the UES train lines, lots of bars and restaurants, and a stone’s throw from the park and museums.
