Pinnacle City Living Awarded Management of The Dime, Luxury High-Rise in Williamsburg

Brooklyn, New York (Date) - Pinnacle City Living, one of the nation’s leading multi-family management firms, today announced it has been awarded management of The Dime, a luxury residential building located near the base of the Williamsburg Bridge in Brooklyn.
The Dime celebrates Williamsburg’s rich architectural history, incorporating the 1908 landmarked Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh with the residential tower rising above it, which was completed in 2020. The Dime is a 23-story, 177-unit luxury residential property that offers studio, one, two, and three-bedroom layouts, stunning views of the Manhattan skyline over the East River, immediate access to Williamsburg’s parks, shopping, and restaurants, a penthouse lounge, half-court basketball courts, outdoor terrace, and more.
